When Will My Artwork Be Posted? | All Artworks are shipped between 1-3 business days. (Excludes weekends and public holidays) Please note: Delivery times vary. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we have no control over the delivery time frame, however the location of your parcel can be seen from the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch. Please keep in mind Australia Post are currently experiencing very high volumes of parcels and there may be a delay in receiving your package. Please rest assured your package will arrive and you will receive a tracking number at time of shipping. |
Do You Ship Overseas? | Not currently offering international shipping. At this stage I am only shipping Australia-wide. |
How Much Is Postage? | Flat rate $25.00 standard delivery with tracking Australia-wide. |
Colour / Sizes / Dimensions | Please be mindful, colours/sizes/dimensions may vary due to lighting and devices, and I cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product. For more information about each artwork, please contact me whereby I will arrange further photos or videos for you to view. Please note that quoted sizes/dimensions are an approximate only. |
Damages/Issues | All artworks are carefully packaged and marked FRAGILE and are insured for the retail value, however it is vital that you check your package before signing for it and please take photos and notify us immediately if there is any damage. I cannot assume responsibility for any claim for damages that is denied by the courier/Australia Post for any reason. Please ensure you check your address carefully as the buyer will be responsible for lost orders if the address provided is incorrect. |
Can I Change My Postal Address After Placing The Order or Redirect It? | Once your package is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and your postal address cannot be changed. However, if you choose to redirect your package after it has been dispatched, you do so at your own risk. Your request for this redirect would need to be made by yourself directly to the courier/postal provider and I do not take responsibilities for any mishandling or lost orders with redirect addresses. |
What If I Change My Mind? | No return or exchange is accepted once package has been shipped. However, exchanges or refunds are accepted for change of mind prior to shipping being made. |
